Stanton Communications Elevates Amy Calhoun to Agency Principal; Promotes Patrick Brady to SVP
Concluding a year of significant growth, Stanton Communications recently announced Amy Calhoun has been named Agency Principal. In her new expanded capacity, Calhoun plays a greater role in long-term strategic planning and business development, as well as continuing to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Since joining Stanton Communications in 1998, Calhoun has been instrumental in leading many of the firm’s strategic communications and media campaigns. She regularly directs program initiatives for clients in the technology and energy industries, many of which have been lauded with the most prestigious public relations awards including multiple Silver Anvils.

Additionally, the firm announced the promotion of Patrick Brady to Senior Vice President. Brady’s promotion reflects the extraordinary level of client counsel he has provided over the last few years and his leadership in favorably positioning clients in the most influential media. Brady joined the firm in 2009, and has led public affairs, events and crisis communication programs for clients in health care, hospitality and industrial materials industries. In his new role, he will continue to lead the firm in these areas and particularly contribute to the ongoing expansion of the firm’s public affairs practice.
