Share Your Gifts

Leave it to Apple to blow us away. This holiday season, an animated short called “Share Your Gifts” aims to inspire creativity through brand storytelling. The ad doesn’t talk about or focus on the MacBook but shows it organically within a story. The actual project the character is working on also isn’t clear, but the lesson is: Share your talent with the world.

Naughty or Nice?

In a clever Air New Zealand ad where Santa’s naughty list is leaked, kids from around the world gather to discuss ways to change their status to nice. The ad entertains audiences while delivering a clear message to visit New Zealand, because it’s a very merry place to be.

Santa’s New Helpers

Amazon is at its peak during the holiday season, increasing ad spending while other retailers are cutting back. It’s also giving customers additional perks like free same-day delivery and free holiday music. Move over, elves.

Shooting for the Stars

In a National Geographic ad, we follow the journey of Syrian refugee Nujeen Mustafa, who wants nothing more than to become an astronaut. Nujeen’s cerebral palsy prevented her from going to school, so “TV became her classroom.” This holiday season, watch as she perseveres towards the pursuit of education and a better life.
